The finale to this year’s Summer Series will be a 2000m (five laps) race on the fantastic running track in Central Park. There will be a number of 2000m races run on the evening, to ensure that runners take part in a race against others of equal ability. We will then amalgamate the results into a single table.
Here’s the course (no surprises here!): http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/1445984383
Entrance to the track is via the Cranford Road gate (DA1 1JP). Car parking is available at the athletics club.
Don’t forget – the results of this race will be decided not by overall speed, but by age-grading. More details of the WMA age-grading system here: https://www.runnersworld.com/rt-web-exclusive/a-guide-to-age-grading
